Meet Loren

I have been a lifelong resident of the Seattle area and grew up on the Eastside.  I could not imagine living anywhere else.  For over 29 years, I have been involved in the Greater Seattle Real Estate market as a full time, full-service Broker and currently hold a Managing Broker’s license with John L Scott Woodinville.  When I am not representing my clients, I enjoy golfing and traveling with friends and family, spending time in the outdoors, or just enjoying some live music and happy hour with friends. My wife and I also love our fur family (3 dogs and 1 cat) and spend a tremendous amount of time enjoying their company.

Professional Experience

I have sold every property type from Multi-family to Residential including new construction and resale houses, condominiums, waterfront and view properties, vacant land and everything in-between in all price ranges and areas.  I am also a new construction specialist and represented Dally Homes for 8 years as well as John F. Buchan Homes for 17 years, and during that time became a Certified Buchan Preferred Realtor trained to give your Buchan home the custom marketing and management expertise that a luxury residence requires. Having managed multiple John F. Buchan and Dally communities over the years, my expertise and unique knowledge of the new home construction process and negotiations gives me an advantage in this highly competitive market.  I also spent 9 years managing the John L Scott Bellevue North office, through which I gained additional insight and experience that I use to provide unsurpassed representation to my clients.  My dedication and commitment have earned me the John L Scott President’s Elite award many years in a row as well as awards for Resale and New Construction Excellence for John F. Buchan Homes.  I am, also, a member of the Seattle King County Association of Realtors (SKCAR) which assures my clients that I am held to a higher ethical standard.

I Believe In Giving Back

Having been in the area for as long as I have, I believe in giving back to the community that makes our area so special.  I take pride in knowing my neighbors and being a resource for them whether it be in Real Estate or otherwise.  I am also a proud supporter of the John L Scott Foundation and donate a portion of my commissions to Children’s Hospital, a very worthy and caring cause.
